OPEN DOOR POLICY

  • At our workplace, our doors are always open to our employees. They can ask questions, share their concerns, or exchange information.
  • With the orientation program starting from day one, we aim to accelerate the adaptation process through various programs such as factory and brand introduction, procedures, occupational health and safety training, and facility security.
  • We are aware of the importance of personal development in achieving holistic success and prioritize enhancing employees' professional development through technical training.
  • We maintain feedback processes regarding both individual and departmental performance, whether on-site, periodically, or through face-to-face meetings. The focus of these discussions is on achieving our goals.
  • We strive to create a common language around questions such as "How can we improve every day?" and "How can we provide higher-quality products?" in order to elevate our quality to the highest level.
  • We focus on developing our own management candidates, supporting horizontal and vertical internal transitions and promotions.
  • As Pemode Furniture, we aim to continuously increase employees' contributions and efficiency in business processes.
  • By fostering a sense of belonging and offering an environment where "We" is preferred over "I," we aim to create a mindset of "There is no 'me' or 'you'; there is only 'us,'" and we work hard to maintain this approach.
  • We strive to provide the necessary environment for continuous development and a secure, happy work life for our employees.
  • In implementing the Open Door Policy, we avoid ineffective practices and approaches that fail to produce solutions, turn into gossip and espionage mechanisms, decrease employee trust, weaken hierarchy, and render management ineffective.
